This is a wonderful prayer to recite on the yahrtzeit of Rachel Imeinu, preferably at her gravesite. This tefilah was taken from a sefer titled, Shaarei Dimah. The Yahrtzeit of Rachel Imeinu is on the 11th day of the month of Cheshvan. When you recite this tefilah ask of Rachel that she should act as the mediating soul to impart to Hashem that he should have mercy on Am Yisrael.
