Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of salmon
  • 1/2 cup distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • parsley flakes (optional)
  • 8–10 cloves garlic

Instructions

    Marinate
  1. Place fish into glass dish or container.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour this marinade over the fish.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours.
    Bake
  1. Pour off half the marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to one hour.
