Marinated Salmon
Ingredients
- 8 slices of salmon
- 1/2 cup distilled vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- parsley flakes (optional)
- 8–10 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Place fish into glass dish or container.
- Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour this marinade over the fish.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours.
Marinate
- Pour off half the marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to one hour.
