Squash & Carrot Soup
Ingredients
- 6 small squash (unpeeled), diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion
- 6 cups water
- 4 tablespoons chicken soup mix (parve)
- 3 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Sauté onions, carrots and squash. Add rest of ingredients and cook on a medium flame for 45 minutes.
- Blend with an immersion blender. Enjoy!
